Communication is crucial with new team members so please make sure you clarify the communication channel to use when communicating with you and your team.

Compensation: 25% of closed deals generated from the looms they made

Onboarding checklist for customers:

  1. Share your story and why you’re doing what you do
  2. Ask any relevant questions you’d like to know to qualify the vsl creator
  3. Share with them the service your offer, breakdown everything, mechanism (how), pricing, case studies, etc
  4. Share past looms that you’ve sent for him/her to check out
  5. Provide 10-15 looms for practice, these can be from past leads that you’ve already sent looms to. The focus in this part is to give training opportunities for the vsl creator.
  6. Share the looms made ( you or the vsl creator) with our team for review.
  7. Once everything is good. Simply keep the vsl creator busy & making sure that quality work is being done.
  8. After a month of no results, evaluate if the issue is with the process or the loom creator, if it’s with the loom creator, remove them from your campaign.
