What is a scaling season and what does it look like?

Scaling season is a season that is actually not about scaling, it’s a season in which you’re building!

During this season, you’re simply looking at different parts of your system ( business) and looking for bottlenecks/constraints, once you find these constraints, you’ll need to elevate the system constraints.

Your business will never outgrow its bottlenecks, which means that the biggest problem that business owners face isn’t an output issue, but more likely a throughput issue.

When you solve throughput issues - you automatically solve the output problem.

If you don’t have access to a large audience of people who can buy your product/service relatively fast, then you will always have a growth problem.

Access to a market is the number one problem that I’m always afraid to face, because if you can’t solve it, then you are F*. Literally.
